"I only do drive thru here. I ordered once in their app for pickup inside and had to wait 20 minutes beyond the stated pickup time to get my food. They prioritize drive thru."

"I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without explanation. While I'm waiting, I watch an employee walk to the dumpster and smoke an entire cigarette. This guy's hands are all over the dumpster doors alternating between holding the cigarette and scrolling through his cell phone. Once he's done smoking, he walks past me (I'm still in the drive thru line with no cars behind me) and goes straight to the counter where they hand out the food. By now I'm very upset and go inside only to see all 5 employees standing around talking to each other. Dumpster boy asks me if I'm picking up an order. I tell him I'm trying to get my drive thru order I've been waiting almost 10 minutes for! Some other young boy behind the counter has the audacity to ask me what I ordered. Seriously?! I'm the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE.... while I stare at him and repeat the nonsense question he blurted out the girl who took my order starts throwing my food in the bag. Horrible service!"

"The food was extremely cold. We ordered 2 rib sandwiches and I would not call them sandwiches. They were missing onion straws and it looks like they cut the ribs in our sandwiches. We could put the meat on one piece of the bun and fold it to make it a little sandwich. Horrible horrible. Someone tell me does this look like the sandwich on the ad?"

"Not impressed with service quality. Three workers on staff and not one smile. We ordered and paid for a bottle water and the manager was backing the drive thru and counter did not give us the water. We had to ask get the bottle water that they charged us to receive. The sauce station was out of stock. We informed the manager and it was not filled. I asked for ketchup packets and never got them. We were there during Friday dinner hour between 6:30 and 7pm and it was not busy at all. I can see why. This was my first visit and will think twice about a second. Store was clean and food was ok. Fries were room temperature and a bit greasy and soggy. Need to get rid of that loud and obnoxious bell by the door."
