"Bottom line, you couldn’t pay me enough to go back and eat here. Waiting 30 min for 2 gyros, fries and a soup (the restaurant was empty, mind you) wasn’t the worst part of our experience here. The food finally arrived missing the side orders. When I asked the server she said “oh yea that’s coming next” clearly having forgotten them. The soup came out really cold, when I inquired if this was normal, the gentleman behind the counter said “oops that’s not supposed to happen” he asked his coworker to heat it up, and when I asked if I could have one from the heated batch next to him she said “nah don’t worry it’s already in the microwave”. As if that was supposed to make me feel good? Then we get the fries, completely burnt, soggy, greasy and, because I didn’t want to deal with them, I put them in the trash. The staff was completely heedless and seemed to be drowning in the two orders hanging on the order rail. Last surprise of evening, as we’re doing our best to enjoy what is supposed to be “a quick dinner” before the show, we had a visit on the wall in a form of a cockroach crawling right next to our toddler’s elbow. Like a true gentleman I killed it with a napkin at hand without her knowledge, and went to the counter to inform the young lady (or a guy? Not even sure), (s)he said “would you like a free desert?”. Like that was my main concern at that point. Needless to say, we threw what was left of the gyros and left the premises, this time never looking back (I should mention that we came here 2 years ago and had a not-nearly-as-bad of an experience but didn’t want to come back, tonight somehow I convinced my wife to give them another chance. Boy was I wrong)."
"Addendum... After speaking with the manager I agreed to try the fries again. They were crispier and less greasy but still not for me. Could be the temp or type of oil they use or it could just be my personal preference. That said, the staff is still great, the place is clean and very hospitable and the gyros are excellent. I will be back but just won't order fries. Originial... To say, as one reviewer did, that the fries were not crispy is the understatement of the year. They were soggy and greasy. AWFUL. The gyro itself was ok, except for the chunk of lettuce core, instead of shredded leaves. Sorry, location is good, people working there were very pleasant but this is the last time we will be eating here."
"I am a Little Greek lover and it is one of my go to's for lunch or dinner. It is always fresh and consistent. This restaurant did provide a great experience. The restaurant is clean and has a good amount of seating. The staff is friendly and attentive and sure were handling a busy time well. They took care of both takeout orders and inside orders in an organized manner and with good timing. We ordered the dolmades and 2 mini greek salads with grilled chicken. I asked to have the chicken cooked a bit longer and it came out great and tasty! The salad was fresh and plenty. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and it sure is one of my go to's around the area. Thanks for a delicious and healthy lunch!"
