Chipotle Mexican Grill 4351 13th Street, St. Cloud, FL 34769

"A very nice place to get a good meal. This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This location is south of US-192 on the west end of St Cloud. This was the first time I had visited this location. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this particular location of this chain of restaurants sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on all sides of the restaurant. There is an outdoor and an indoor seating area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally, like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. We were having a get-together and needed a good amount of food and ordered a “Work Anywhere” catering box that was a combination of chicken, steak guacamole, and tons of toppings for about $14 per person. It was more than enough food for 10 people and the prices were reasonable. It took a few minutes from when we arrived for them to finish the order. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean for how busy it was when I visited. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the area. Enjoy."

"Who ever cooked the rice, carnitas, tomatoes at noon today is Amazing! It’s been years since I’ve had the food here taste so good!! Seriously, the carnitas was moist and well flavored. The rice was fluffy and balanced, tomatoes at their peak. Please keep it up! I could eat this same plate every day, as delicious as it was !!"

"Man, this location sure has gone down in quality over the last few times. I've left my reviews on the app before when it's been "less the expected" quality but that never seems to work so here I am on google.....brown guacamole so much for fresh avocados looks like they mixed old with new.....highly disappointed"

"Flies on my bow. I am a frequent Chipotle customer and I always order food in its different locations. However, at this unit came with flies inside my ordered picked up bows. Flies can cause illness, and when I contacted customer service, I expected at least the refund but they offered me 2 free entrees instead. Should I remove the flies and eat the food? Not clean unit, unhealthy and disrespectful solutions."
