"I’m here on 2/12 at 10:05pm at night in drive thru, I asked for sweet and sour sauce and buddy at the pay window ( either Hispanic or white, with black hair at medium length) told me it’s not his job to get the sauce. I told him I didn’t receive the sauce the first time I asked for it at the pick up window 1, hence why i had to turn around and come back into the drive thru window to ask for it again. If he’s going to act like that DONT be in the service industry it takes 2secs to get a sauce your there for 5-8 hours anyway do your job! There was a short Hispanic girl with the septum piercing and blonde hair she had three drinks in her hand and she came to the window pick up 1 and was able to give me a sauce give that girl a raise !"

"This McDonald’s literally Sucks ! It’s convenient yes but as far as quality and actually listening to an order and getting it right they are far from it ! My fries are cold my son didn’t even get a toy in his happy meal you know how sad that is ! Instead of asking “anything else “ listen to the order bc I was not pausing enough for you to ask me if I wanted anything else ! My food is freezing cold I asked for hot mustard I get honey mustard I went inside to get hot mustard and exchange the honey mustard and every one is so busy in their phone behind the counter to even acknowledge that I was standing there for 5 minutes , making my food like ice ! And the manager was standing by the fri station. Talking about his girlfriend to a coworker like for real pull your team together and realize that if I’m paying 32 mfing dollars on my food it should at least be right !!!"

"I don’t think they understand the concept of a drive through. This the only location that every time you order they make you sit 15-20 mins in a parking space for your food. And by looking at the record I’m not the only one smh"

"Went on Christmas Day. The good was great for McDonald's, but the best part was the friendly faces that served us in the drive-thru. This is not my normal McD's but look forward to stopping in again."

"The drive through never gives me my food at the window. They have you park and walk the food to you. Every other McDonald's I've visited does not do this. You never know how long you are going to sit and wait. The fries always taste weird here too."
