"Usually this location is really good. Tonight may have been an off night. The employees were extremely polite, but after spending $30 on two meals I received raw hamburgers."

"This is my second time dealing with this issue at only this Wendy’s location, the management sucks, the employees are all teenagers that pretty much do as they please. I ordered a baked potato and instead of saying they don’t have any they gave me some fries which is not what I asked for this happened not on e but twice, along with some hard chicken nuggets and no bbq sauce which I asked for. Called serval times to speak with management and the phone of course is off the hook. This location just needs to shut down. I called corporate office. This location has to be one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered."

"Stopped to grab my family dinner at this location after a late event downtown. I had ordered 3 kids meals and 2 combos after a struggle with the cashier paying attention. We had to pull up and wait and noticed they forgot one kids meal. The cashier comes BACK out with a receipt saying we were never charged for it. So I drive around back through the drive-thru and ask to speak with manager by the name of "Darien" and he said he can charge us for the third meal. They claimed that they could not hear that part because they were talking on the headset...We told them that is not our fault and we had repeated the order 3 times to the cashier. He said he can't just give it to us, as if we're trying to scam a $4 meal. I said thats fine we'll just call corporate and the store owner. Darien proceeds to shout profanities out of the drive-thru at my family who are minors as we drive away. This is beyond inappropriate and i've never experienced worse service at a fast food restaurant. And YES Tough guy Darien, I will be back and will be calling own GM and corporate office to report this behavior that upset young children. He has no business working in customer service or food industry and needs to re-trained If he wants to be a Manager. And by reading reviews i've confirmed I was right all along about the staff."

"I ordered through the app (pick up in store) so I wouldn’t have to wait in line but the doors were locked when I got there. I ended up having to go through the drive through instead. When I pulled up to the speaker and told the employee I had a mobile pick up order that I couldn’t pick up due to the doors being locked, she gave no apology for the wait time or for not being to come inside. When she handed me the food at the window, she didn’t say a word & immediately closed it back. The whole process took 20 minutes AND my food was cold"

"It's 12am Monday and everyone waited in the drive thru just to hear that they were closed and to "keep driving" by the person taking orders... ?? Went back around and waited and saw they was taking orders but telling ppl what to order. This is what I got. Rock hard, burnt, and cold? sandwich and that's the same as those careless fries. They need to close this location down. Went around to show them, and was told they were closed again while they was laughing. Smh"
