"Constantly not a good location. Things generally come out extremely late or cold. Tonight I waited in line behind 15 cars to pickup a mobile order. I have no real problem waiting, I get that sudden rushes occur but as I pulled up to the kiosk I was informed they were now ‘closed’. The staff here are however consistently friendly and genuinely seem to do their best. I think there may be some issue with the management or ownership of this location. For example, they do not appear to have cones to close or manage traffic of the drive through/mobile pickup spots. I’ve seen them desperately attempt to use trash cans for this. The owner/management should know the staff here are probably equally frustrated. Many other locations in the immediate area are able to continue functioning under the same circumstances. The problems are likely fixable and not the fault of the operating staff."

"The soda machine is behind the counter so getting a refill is a hassle. The restaurant atmosphere is om with very little employee interaction. Some seats are not cleaned very well. Tge orders do come out accurately and quickly. The food is prepared well and tastes great."

"I went late night after bring in the New Year. The line wasn’t long but the line wasn’t moving. I was in line over 30 minutes just waiting then had to wait another 5-7 minutes at the speaker. Gave my mobile order number which they had to cancel because no pies. Placed order, no cars at neither window, got my food fries were cold. So y’all have people wait for long period of time and serve them cold food. Naw can I get fresh fries waited another 5 minutes fries weren’t fresh again but I was tired of waiting. Customer service lacked. Workers didn’t seem like they wanted to be there by their demeanor. When I asked for fresh fries I wasn’t rude or disrespectful I simply stated “ I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes in line can I at least have fresh fries. I have 2 large fries. Gave 3 stars based on previous experience at this location bc it would have been 1 star"

"My daughter came in as walk in customer. I can understand this place is extremely busy. But we waited 11 mins before someone acknowledged us we are waiting. We could have turn around and left but now I feel like I need to place an order so I can write this review. The person who took my order was pleasant but the person prepared the meal was very unpleasant and looks like she hate her life. Our recent experience we do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Not to mention it is dirty inside."

"As always this location is one of the best ones. The food comes out fresh and hot. The employees are nice. I recommend this location to everyone. They have gotten faster from the drive through."
