Pizza Hut

"Not a great location. Pizza Hut has great food but this location just ain’t it. The employees are extremely rude, specially the old guy. If you have the opportunity to avoid this location then please do so. Used to come here but apparently since the change of employees this establishment has only gone downhill."

"I was baffled at the cost of a medium pizza (beef and pepperoni, no other extras) and six wings - no free ranch dip anymore, so I purchased two for $0.75/each. With the total exceeding $29. (The Pizza Hut Express' wings are far better than Wing Street wings, just adding.) It's been awhile since I've had Pizza Hut but damn... one would think I purchased a family deal meal, etc."

"Food was cold, took over an hour to arrive, was not what I ordered, seemed to be an old pizza that was kept alive under heat lamps, cheese was not stretchy, crust was cardboard, driver was rude, store was almost impossible to contact, manager could not make me whole, a complete disaster. Order at your own risk."

"If I could I would I wouldn’t select no star. Got my pizza and it wasn’t sliced. I then cut it for my children and called the store just to inform them of the mistake. The person who answered the phone asked do I want a store credit so I said yes. The manager Nakita(a man) proceeds to get on the phone. I explained what happened and before I could complete my sentence he said ma’am that didn’t happen. I said so you’re calling me a liar he then says I didn’t say that. I said you said that didn’t happen so what is that saying? He paused then I said this is exactly why I took a picture do you want to see it? I told him I wasn’t calling for a credit I was just calling to inform you of your mistake your employee is the one asked me do I want a credit. I asked his name and told him I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning and hung up."

"Worst experience with Pizza Hut today. Ordered for delivery (via DoorDash) and firstly, the dasher was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes after arriving for pickup, only to have it delivered and the food is cold and none of the sauces I requested for the wings or cheese sticks came with it. I called to complain but keep getting transferred and placed on hold. I’m actually on hold as I type this review. I will never order from this location again."
