"We were warned that this wasn’t quite like other authentic PF changs, but my husband and I took a chance anyways, as we just moved to the area. We have a newborn at home and wanted the easy button for dinner. I have to say we were so completely disappointed by our experience. I’m ashamed we spent 50 dollars here for this dinner, in the midst of all our other expenses right now. As evidenced by my photo, our sesame chicken entrees were all rice and barely any chicken. Not too sure who was proud to give us those.. and the chicken was dry, had a weird texture and no sauce. And small chicken pieces were almost just batter. Plus, my husband said his stomach hurt all night after :/ Be careful with this place, as the stars don’t seem to align with other reviews."

"Same as other reviewers, wish I had read before ordering. Food was dry, tough and not edible. This included the rice, called to make restaurant aware, gentlemen seem unenthusiastic about my call. I returned every last grain of rice, noodle, beef(extra was paid for but not included). All $72 worth of the half of disgusting of dinner was returned. A week later when my refund had not come through I did call and was pleasantly greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant and professional. She was able to correct the error the same guy had made while nastily completing my refund. He did it wrong, she corrected it in seconds. Other than that interaction this store needs to be closed down for inspection. What are they doing back there over dry meat and not cooking rice gross food. 100% Luis or whoever is on that business card in the lobby doesn’t have a clue the trash food they put out can’t charge top dollar for what I make better in my microwave at home from the bag I buy at Publix. Oh did I mention the spring rolls were bad like ROTTEN!!!!!!!"

"Truly I am so greatful for this location I mean I believe She is the Manager her name is Mey and Employee Shantel and their just so polished in their customer service and their form of communication and my food always nice and hot freshly cooked they KNOW me by name when I come just love it ! Was getting food for my wife on the way to the airport and was perfect thank you for all you guys do they truly make an amazing Asset to any company! They are in They do deserve Raises"

"Stayed at the near by hotel and put in an order for pickup. We got the kids meal just wanted to check the portion size and sesame chicken bowl with lo neon. Everything was good and well prepared."
