Miller's Ale House

"I come to this Ale House once a week to relax. I really enjoy watching the sport games at the bars, the cold beer, the food and of course the excellent service. Last night it was performed by Dylan. Keep it up Guys!"

"We visit Ale House often and always sit at the bar. If we sit inside, we usually see Rodrigo and he's always great. When we sit at the outside bar, we usually look for Dylan. He's our favorite! He's always happy to serve us and takes control of the bar like it's his own. He always knows what we drink and always makes sure our meals are good and drinks are full! We always get great service, even when he's busy he handles customers with ease. He's an amazing bartender and well liked by everyone, especially the regulars. We appreciate that we always feel welcome and have never had bad service with him. We'd come every night if we could!"

"I’ve been to so many Miller’s Ale Houses in Florida and by far, this is the absolute worst one. Let me start of by saying, there were multiple staff members and yet it took about 30 minutes just for us to order our food. We got our food 45 minutes later after placing. We ordered 3 meals (2 of the exact same mountain melts order and 1 salmon dish) After 45 minutes, only 1 mountain melt and 1 salmon dish came out and it was cold and the salmon was dry (I have never had it dry at other ale houses). After a couple of bites in, the seconds mountain melt came and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the first one and COLD, when the nice waitress offered us to speak to the manager (I didn’t get his name but he is a short male) , we did and not only did he make it a scene and was super rude about it. One of the things he was arguing was “the one with less is the standard size and they gave the person with more, more” even though it was both the exact same order. He walk away shouting back at us that he will fix it. Two new guest walk into the restaurant and within 10 minutes of sitting and ordering (they order mountain melts) they get their food and yet, 15 minutes later, we see him walking around the restaurant and we try to flag him down, he makes direct eye contact with us and walks away to the back. 5 minutes later he brings out two more zingers, no apology, nothing, just walks away. The waitress did apologize but THIS SERVICE WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THE MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER and Go ahead and save your money and go to the Millers Ale House on 192."
