"Staff rude and just generally talking amongst themselves. Only soup available was tomato basil (which was pretty good). When I asked for crackers to go with soup I was told they don't have any. When I asked for a glass of water she said you have to buy it bottled. This airport LaMadeline is nothing like the restaurant atmosphere I have experienced in the past."

"Asked if they could scan my membership, they had no idea what I was talking about. The food was sad. The chicken parisien doesn't come with anything other than bread and chicken. Traditionally, it also comes with mayo, cheese, and bacon. Spent 13 and some change. No side included either. Save your money. Do not buy food here. Go to a stand-alone store instead. They are a million times better."

"Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning. On January 1st, 2024, I ordered a toasted turkey and provolone sandwich. Cold on the inside. The lettuce was brown. Only ate half the sandwich. Immediately felt sick. Had to run to the restroom to barf my brains out. Still barfing today (January 2nd). The sandwiches are premade and I don’t think they sandwiches are kept cold enough. I do not recommend. Be careful!"

"It’s the airport what should anyone expect?! The staff were extremely friendly and respectful. The quiche lorraine was eatable and did what I’d hoped it would do… fill the empty spot in my stomach."

"The Caesar salad they off in the to go case has full sized lettuce leaves some were folded to fit in the box and were huge, with no knives in the kitchen or plastic knives for the customers due to security, how is one supposed to eat this salad? $10.99, it was fresh but should have been chopped to make for easy eating. Made a mess trying to eat this."
