"We live near this place and order online for pickup every time. I'll walk in, let them know the name, stand right in front of them waiting for the order and these mfs will still forget to hand it to me making me wait for long periods of time. For $40 for a couple of burgers this is really annoying. Get right."

"The employee messed up my order, and when I showed him, he said "oh", and threw it in the trash. He then put me in the back of the order line, and gave me my food 27 minutes later without a hint of an apology. He could have given me the messed up food to take home to my wife."

"Well-loved no-nonsense burger and fries chain. This location is in the heart of Baldwin Park. It is NOT meant to be fast food; everything is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait. Wonderful burgers! Fresh ingredients! Friendly staff! Minus one star for high prices (!!!) and less than tidy atmosphere."
