"Bad day for Chick-fil-a. Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo. Bad day for them.... and me. I received the extra bacon I ordered but they forgot the chicken. Needless to say this went in the trash. Mistakes happen so I'm giving them a 3. If it wasn't Chick-fil-a it would be a 1. At least my locations get it right 99% of the time."
