"Sandwich maker Xenia is slow and irresponsible. She keeps talking to the other sandwichmaker instead of focusing on her JOB I come to pick up a doordash and she tells me to wait. i’m standing there for 12 more minutes and i ask another sandwichmaker about my doordash The second person tells Xenia, who then realizes the bag has been there THE WHOLE TIME The order was a sandwich and a pint of ice cream. She says “it’s missing the ice cream” So ive been standing there for 15 minutes + bcuz she cant put an ice cream in a bag. Ridiculous. Bunch of people waiting for food and they’re taking FOREVER"

"I work at Wawa and this Wawa has horrible customer service i was trying to order a regular matcha latte and the screen didn't have regular it only had lemonade and i put it as a special order the girl didn't even call the special order and started making it and so when i finished paying i headed over to let her know i wanted a regular instead and she gave the worst attitude when i said it nicely and she didn't even make my drink correctly. I get she wants to go home, but i said it politely."

"Wawa has good food. When this location first opened it was great. Place was clean and the pumps printed the receipts. Now, it reminds me of another convenience store who sells gas. This location runs out of meatballs all the time. The pumps never have paper for your receipt. And the bathrooms...OMG. Have the pipes ever been wiped?"
