"Very cozy and warm dining experience. Love the decor and innovative menu selection. Waitstaff extremely friendly. Just so popular...you may have a slight wait to get served. Overall will put this restaurant on our "go to" list. Loved the lobster sandwich, grouper, gnocchi dishes, charcuterie board. Outdoor seating available with a view of Lake Ivanhoe when weather is nice."
"We went here for a birthday dinner with a group of 5. The service was fantastic and attentive, the food was delicious with good sized portions, and the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated. No one in my party had anything but good things to say and my cousin had a great birthday dinner. I’ve heard great things about this place and for good reason! I would highly recommend and will be back."
"We had an absolutely fantastic experience dining at the restaurant this past weekend. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Sean, the bartender, went above and beyond by sharing his personal favorites from the extensive menu, and we were not disappointed. His recommendations were spot-on and added an extra level of enjoyment to our dining experience. Our server, John, was a true gem. He was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but also displayed genuine kindness and helpfulness throughout the evening. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and he ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the flavors were delightful. Each sip was a perfect balance of flavors, and we couldn't help but be impressed by the mixology skills of the bartenders. As for the food, every dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were exquisite, the presentation was impeccable, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The restaurant's decor added to the overall ambiance, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the space enhanced our dining experience, making it even more memorable. We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces, grateful for the wonderful night we had. As individuals who don't get the opportunity to dine out often, this was the perfect choice for a special occasion. We can't wait to return and relive the exceptional experience. Thank you to the entire staff for creating such a memorable evening for us."
"We went here last night with another couple, all of our first time, and we were blown away! Cameron was our server and he truly went above and beyond. So kind & helpful! They have a cute outdoor seating area. We ordered the cast iron blistered shishitos and the zucchini fries for appetizers, both so flavorful and delicious. For dinner I ordered the bison and gnocchi which came with a side salad. The gnocchi was phenomenal! I would absolutely order it again. My husband ordered the chefs seasonal salad. He says the salad was good, not great. Didn’t love the frisée lettuce. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to be back!"
"I visited The Pinery during Magical Dining for my sisters birthday. I really enjoyed all the courses particularly the zucchini fries. The Bison and Gnocchi was surprisingly good, very rich. We did have to wait a considerable amount of time for our dessert, which was super strange as we let the waiter know our entire order for the evening after our initial drink order. A few notes: all of my dining companions would forgo the grilled watermelon and we would suggest garnishing the watermelon margarita with a piece of the melon. Also the fried chicken was delicious and the Gator Tenderloin was a little tough."
