"Waited for over 10 minutes without having anyone acknowledge me, and I could hear them telling people in the drive thru about all the items that they were out of. I will never go back to this location again."

"We love Popeyes but prices are high like everywhere. First time ordering through the app at Pershing and South Semoran. Awful experience. Told the cashier my order number. He looked and said it wasn't ready. I asked how long? He went to ask an employee. Was told the fish was ready and where it was. He proceeded to toast the buns and then grab two fish sandwiches from the same bin. I told him one was original and one spicy. You could tell he was new. I cut slack but I told him twice and he came back and asked if I had one mild. I told him no. He went back and ask the guy again. He made my sandwiches but the order was about 15 minutes late. I know new employees are learning and I appreciate his effort. Most people want to beg instead of working Your employees need more training. Thanks"

"I never go to this place ever in my entire life. It’s sad because the food is good but the customer service is horrendous. I don’t believe that I bought food en they were unable to provide me with the receipt. I was trying to share a moment with my family and we were kicked out of the restaurant because the manager said that the dinner room was closed. It’s terrible because the food is not cheap."

"Awful Customer Service. I was the first one on the line. I took 20 minutes for them to take my order. Nobody recognized that I was there and and least had the courtesy to tell me that they will be taken care of me. Then , had to wait other 30 minutes to get my food and at the end that chicken was so bad that I could not eat it. In summary,they need to be retrain in Customer Service, need to review why the chicken was so bad and at last when I was in that store, it was not a fast food restaurant"

"Por customer service went twice the same day and first they get my order wrong because these people be playing and not focused on service or work! Then the second time 3 hours later went through drive through my daughter had to get out and walk up to the drive through window lady with the headset looked at her and said you will need to come inside we in the middles of a shift change, my daughter walked inside and was on line for about 15 minutes before she was even acknowledged and we just left we didn’t even want the food. This was on 10/24/2023 at 4:15 pm everything started at the drive through very incompetent employees. Not an apology nothing and we tried the drive through again as we were leaving and she said only cash on the drive through like what an experience"
