McDonald's,

"I'm gonna finally do a review because I've lived next door to this McDonald's for 8 years now. And it is by far the worst one I have ever encountered. The employees do not care and they will not give you anything correctly that you order. You have constantly ask them to go back and fix it. Someone in management or corporate needs to go in there and get this place straightened out! Like why do I have to tell an employee what ingredients go in an item? I don't get paid to work here!"

"I go to a lot of McDonald's around Orlando for my job, and this one has always been the most questionable. Shorting drinks, questionable looking food, and service is very slow and seemingly irritable year round."

"Food was over cooked. Missing almost all the toppings. Only a little tiny bit of mustard. No pickles, pretty sure I had two little onions and that was it. Drink machines were down but staff never informed any customers. Drinks given from behind the counter were basically warm and flat. 5 people saw me standing waiting for assistance and just kept on walking past me or just plain looking at me. I stood so long waiting for assistance my food was barely warm. I wouldn't even give them a Star."

"2023 it's McDonald's you know what you are getting. If you wanted good customer service and quality food you should have went to Chick-fil-A. 2018 Just your normal McDonalds. Food was normal, service was normal, not friendly but not rude just zombies behind a counter. Dinning room was neat and clean. Bath rooms were neat and clean as well. Not a huge fan of the self order thing they are pushing on people. But i guess that is were we are headed."

"We just got home from picking up our mobile order. The fries were cold. The deluxe chicken sandwich was overcooked. We got a coke instead of Diet Dr Pepper and there were no napkins in the bag. Lots of room for improvement."
