Chick-Fil-A MCO

"I was about to order a #2 Spicy Deluxe Sandwich Meal Combo and realized that I only had $7 in my Chick-fil-A account. I stood in the line and added $25 to ny account to cover the purchase. I placed my order and when I showed the cashier the QR Code for her to scan it, she said that they do not have the scanner here. She said that they are not part of the franchise and so they do not use that firm of payment at all. I explained what I just did about loading the $25 and now I can't use it. I said to her angrily that they could put up a sign of some sort to keep Chick-fil-A customers with accounts informed. She then called a manager and explained what I said. He repeated what she said to me and I told him that I know and asked if he could put up a sign. He said he doesn't think so and shrugged me off. To make matters worse, I walked away to a table to eat my sandwich and when I opened it, it the order was wrong. It was just a spicy sandwich. I'm sure this service is not up to par according to Chick-fil-A standards."

"I was very disappointed in the customer service given by Annalien G. I was barely greeted. She asked me what I wanted, I told her but because she was fast talking over me she couldn’t hear what I was telling her therefore I had to keep repeating myself. Then she told me I couldn’t scan my rewards app, didn’t even give me an explanation as to why she was just steadily looking at me as if i did something to her. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years before I became an entrepreneur and the service that was given to me today was just unacceptable, especially for chick-fil-a’s standards. I actually just got out of the line and didn’t buy anything because I was so disgusted with the service. Hopefully Annalien G receives more training or has a better day tomorrow."

"My cashier was amber, very nice lady. This was my first time at a chick fil a and the customer service was great. I ordered a chick fil a deluxe sandwich and fries. I’m not sure why everyone going bonkers over chick fil a but honestly there was nothing special to me. Tasted like any other chicken sandwich from other places. MY WIFE LOVES CHICK FIL A, I don’t understand. They did give me there famous chick fil a sauce but I’m a picky eater and I honest didn’t like it. However they do get 5 stars still because they did nothing wrong. The sandwich was tasty just not what everyone makes it seem."

"This Chick-Fil-A was weird. The food was different than other Chick-Fil-A restaurants I’ve been to: the buns were harder and thicker, the chicken tasted different, and the fries were as if someone described how to make CFA fries but didn’t actually give them the recipe. Overall, wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting something familiar."
