"I’ll start off that ANY food court restaurant that has amazing food is amazing. And this place is amazing. I got their Thai sweet chili chicken sandwich as a combo lunch box that included their chocolate cookie. And it was so delicious. The layers of flavor was incredible and the chicken was sliced thin so no tough meat here if it were a whole chicken breast. The pasta salad was good as well as the potato salad. I’m seriously stunned by the quality and they are going to destroy the other more common food found in a billion other food courts. I don’t go to the mall often but would head back for this. Very well done and keep it up!"

"Surprisingly good sandwiches and bowls for a stall in a mall food court. The ingredients are fresh, and there are plenty of healthy options. We tried the Tuscan Italian half and Roast beef half. Both were pretty good, and the tomato bisque as a side was delicious. Next time I come to Mall at Millennia, I'll come and try a bowl. Prices are reasonable and service was friendly."

"It was my first time here and definitely not my last. I ordered the GKO Turkey (Full Brick) and the pasta fagioli soup. The soup was recommended and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious down to the focaccia bread on the sandwich. Local or not, definitely check out Bricks and Bowls by Ghost Kitchen."

It’s like a chef took over the build your bowl experience: hydroponic lettuce locally grown is one of the options for greens, then you get two more bases, a protein, plus five more toppings! House made dressings crown your supremely healthful and delicious creation. I picked the hydroponic lettuce, grilled garlic shrimp, red quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, roasted green beans, turmeric roasted cauliflower, pico de gallo, and balsamic vinaigrette. James, who happened to be the manager, gave superlative service with a genuine smile. He answered my many questions. I asked if this was a franchise and he said no, it’s locally owned. It always feels good to support a small business but who knew you’d find that at Millenia Mall! They also offer sandwiches, cookies, soups and other salad options. Highly recommended!"
