"I’m beyond disgusted with this hospital. My father has been sitting there for three days with congestive heart failure and has yet to see a cardiologist. At a damn heart institute of all places they can not provide him with a cardiologist to help him! The staff are not only clueless but rude and have zero empathy for the family."

"My brother recently passed away of heart failure. The staff, everyone, was s kind and caring. They answered all questions with great explanations to certain we understood options. Could not have ask for better patient care and care for the family!"

"Work in progress. I started in pre-op check-in. I had an event. The nurse called for help and it was there in what seemed like seconds. I was immediately placed in the ER. Care was fantastic and efficient. Since my procedure was in two days I was transferred to a room. I was kept well informed by the nurses, Loretta 6th floor stands out, but my care was great. The night before my procedure I was transferred to ICU, where nurses Casey and Danielle took care of my every need. Room was great and comfortable. The surgeon, Tobash went out of his way, above and beyond, explaining what he had done, and found., and my options. Best interaction ever. We’re not done yet but I have full confidence in being able to function fully again because of Pepin Heart Institute. Thank you Loretta, Danielle, and Casey."

"Went to Er by ambulance, the Er dr ran some tests, he said we found nothing that would kill you. Horrible chest pains that took me to the floor. Next day, the same thing happened again. Went to ER Again, they did a heart cath. Wouldn't even leave me leave testing, said they called a sermon, I needed open heart surgery. Ended up with 2xs bypass, all the nurses were very nice but the ICU blonde nurse with ponytail was very rude and held back pain meds and was very dispectful to other staff, me and my family, I hope she got fired...I don't think I will ever go back to this hospital again because of her,"
