"Food mediocre at best. Both of ordered the 1/2 duck which was actually 2 leg quarters. Garlic mashed potatoes were old. 1/2 duck means leg quarter, breast and wing at any other restaurant. The meal was not worth the amount charged. I do not recommend this restaurant. Service was poor as well."

"I don’t know what happened but I came here like 8 months ago and everything has changed! From the quality of food to the service! The bartender and waiter seemed like they were high on something. The waiter kept forgetting to give us our drinks. the food took forever and the restaurant was empty. And then the check took so long that we thought that we had paid and almost left. We had to go to the bartender and have her cash us out. She was so high we had to keep repeating what our order was in order to cash out! It was an awful experience!"

"DON'T COME HERE! Took the server two hours to bring out my food and when he did my Angus burger was completely burnt. I was extremely nice and expressed how unhappy I was with the service and food. The server reassured me he would take it off my check & will bring me another burger. LIES! He brings back a check with 20% off requiring me to still pay for new burger (that was now pink inside) ABSOLUTELY NOT! I asked to speak with the manager on duty and after ignoring me for 15 minutes she finally walks over to my table . She flat out tells me "I can't take more than 20% off your check or I'll get in trouble." The manager doesn't acknowledge my frustration, she wasn't sympathetic towards the fact this was my lunch or even the time frame it took to cook a burger.I am so disappointed and disgusted in the staffs lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Moving forward I will make sure to advise friends, family and employees I work with downtown to avoid your establishment!"

"Love the view! Love the food! Love the service! My dish was incredible and so nicely presented! I had the Ahi Tuna salad and it was perfect. My friend enjoyed her meal because it was devoured in record time. Downtown Orlando dining with a beautiful view!"
