"I got served a baconator with one patty, (everyone knows its supposed to be served with 2 patties) when i went to return the burger, a lady rudely throws away the burger i returned, only for them to make me another sandwich with one patty barely any bacon inside. Looking at me like im crazy, they don't even know their own menu. Then the lady wants to argue with me and say i had to order the baconator with 2 patties, which is COMPLETELY WRONG. The baconator comes just as the picture show. I've never had such a terrible experience at a Wendys. Avoid this one at all costs Complete trash, so trash that i had to write a review"

"Straight dump. Foods always cold and order is never correct, probably because the order taker barely speaks English. Whole crew playing around in back with a line of people in the drive thru. It’s crazy you can still fail at such a basic simple task."

"Previously really liked this location, but week night crew is lacking. Placed a mobile order for a frosty. 5 mins later I pull up to the speaker and the girl says she can’t find it and told me to come inside. That’s horrible service. When people are expecting to go to a drive thru only, we’re not prepared to go inside. What if I didn’t have shoes on? What if the lobby was closed (they close at 10). You should have me pull up to the window and show my order confirmation and you can figure it out."

"I went Thur the drive Thur. I order a Cobb salad and a cheese burger with a burger build. I was on my way to work so I did not check the salad before I left the window thinking it is the right salad. I ate the Burger on my way. When I got to work I still had no time to look at the salad. Finally I have a minute to eat. And it was NOT A COBB SALAD. I was very disappointed. I tried to call the store, no one picked up. I work so far from that Wendy's. I did not eat the salad because it looked old . I took a photo of this so called Cobb salad. To show the manger at the wendy that is close to me., will maybe give me the right salad. I used to work for them. If they didn't have it, they should have just told me and I would have gotten something else. It is a shame some people don't use there brains. If you don't have it, they should know to tell customers. "Do apologize we are out of that item. May I off you something else."!!!!"
