"First time trying this Location. 1) Rice salty 2) rice wasn't cooked as chipotle Style., all paste like .pasta.I have Going through many locations but this one. Down my expectations. 3)carnita after you tasted the flavor was like burning smell . I DON'T know was going on, with some chipotle Locations, I don't know ,who should be removed. EMPLOYEES OR managers. "Mediocrity "Sometimes you get something to go,when you start eating and doesn't tasted as you like ,you just stop eating. I can't eat no more. I would NOT recommend this Place to eat. Don't waste your money. Food doesn't tasted good."

"Food deserves ALL STARS! We came here because we were in the area. Our two regular Chipotle locations are about 45 minutes away. However, this might become our new favorite! We came around 3:00 pm and there were only three young men manning the food station and checkout. The food is awesome. The service is excellent and the three young boys manning the station were super cheerful. We came just to grab a quick bit, and ended up enjoying a great meal. Sorry, no pictures, but everything looked great. You could see the green of the coriander in the rice, in both white and brown, which is rarely the case. The beans were done to perfection and the Fajitas were delicious!! When we complemented Jessie who was serving us, on how great the rice looked, he immediately pointed to Andres and even told him that we were complementing his cooking. What camaraderie! Jose helped me navigate the App at the check out. We do believe, that a great attitude makes a difference to the food! Thank you ANDRES, Jose and Jessie! You three rock!"

"Got to this Chipotle at 8:30, they close at 10. As soon as I walked in the workers looked visibly annoyed. The workers had already started closing everything down, they were out of half of their food, and the food line was dirty. I then waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come up front and work the POS while my food got cold. The drink and utensil station was out of napkins and forks. We let them know then watched for the next 30 minutes as more people came and they still didn’t refill the forks. When I finally got to eat my food there was a hair in it. At 9:00 they began putting the chairs on the tables and taking away the trash. The whole place smelled like chemicals and nasty cleaning rags. We felt pushed out even though the restaurant didn’t close for another 30 minutes. As someone who has previously worked for Chipotle and is typically very understanding this was completely ridiculous. I know what a typical day looks like and there was no reason the experience should have been this bad. 100% the worst Chipotle I have ever visited."

"Upon getting home and opening my food, I noticed my cheese was moving, I removed a few pieces and could see a small roach in the food. I immediately tossed out everything that had picked up. If there is a bug in one item, I am not taking a chance with anything else. It doesn't get much more disgusting than that! Chipotle Corporate refused to fully refund my order so I had to call my credit card company. I will also be contacting the FL Department of Health. I am attaching a photo for reference. I will not return to Chipotle with so many other options out there that provide much better customer service and quality."
