"Food is great as always, but guys if you’re going to outsource phone orders to a call center it would probably be a good idea to make sure the folks who work in the call center are decently fluent in English… I placed my order slowly and clearly and they still got it completely wrong like not even close. Side note the staff at this location was extremely friendly!"

"Never eaten here before yesterday. But went again today lol. The burritos are big enough for 2 or 2 meals..very tasty. The white queso is FIRE! It's soooo good."

"I placed an online deliver order and called in to make some changes. A wonderful women whose name I believe was Tiana picked up and she was amazing! She had exceptional customer service skills, she was very peppy and bubbly. It was a breath of fresh air hearing “what else can I do for you?” not “is that it?” The smallest bit of kindness and the way we speak to each other goes a long way."

"My husband and I love Tijuana but won’t go to this location anymore. On Wednesday there was a long curly black hair in my steak taco, the staff was so sweet, apologized and remade my food…but it’s difficult to get past that and still enjoy your meal. We will drive a little further for Tijuana locations we love. Sidenote: there was only one other customer in the whole restaurant so I felt it definitely should have been caught before it got to us."
