"The most pathetic burger I've ever seen in my damn life, like i come hungry at 1 am from work and I see this. I'm about start a GoFundMe for this McDonald's cause it seems they need the resources for ingredients and for their employees cause they don't get paid enough."

"YALL! THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Ok now, without the drama: my friends and I came to Orlando for EDC and just like any normal rave group, we were hungry for some big mac at 2am after the festival. There were 9 of us!!! When I tell you, our order was ready within 5 minutes, not a single error and all associates assisted us patiently with a smile. We went there 2 nights in a row and both nights (even though there was a line) our experience was flawless. I highly recommend them. Thank you for doing good work!!!"

Went today September 23 at 10am morning shift best customer service the girl at the cashier attended me really good and so did the manager will definitely drive 30 minutes from home just to come here due to the great customer service from both of them !! Besides that every single worker was cleaning get environment really clean they are all hard workers ."

"Hardly ever get excellent service at this location. Just bought a couple large fries that were not fresh, when I asked for fresher ones to be made, they said no because I ate some of them. There was still majority of the fries still remaining. But I can't stand when workers want to act like you need to go to the Supreme Court over fries or even 1 little sauce pack."

"Your normal Mcdonalds. Staff was your normal zombies just going thru the motions. Dinning room was neat and clean. I likes the TVs on the walls. Food was ok... Just your normal fast food. There price point is off thou. I miss the days when fast food was good and cheap all at the same time. Wife wanted me to say they were out of tea and we told them and they never made more the whole time we were there."
