"After coming here for years… I am beyond disappointed with this store and the all around service. Over the countless orders I’ve placed here only around 25% have actually been correct. Mostly from staff not reading items that have been altered (taking various things off like cheese, or adding avocado to the item)… it’s so bad when I go there I instantly check my order bag and then have to ask them to add it, or discover they missed putting an apple or a sandwich entirely into the bag along with the salad. When you get them delivered, it is even worse. The food arrives old/ soggy and missing the same items as usual, except now the only way to get help is to reach out on twitter.. have someone call you, then you have to call back out and explain the situation once again, then go back to the store and tell them you were the one that called to get a free order… it’s humiliating and so time consuming. The last experience here was a pick up, there was a missing item, I asked the worker to please add the item to the order and they pointed out a fingernail size apple crumble of the item somewhere within the salad… I stated there should be more apples on an apple salad and they got an attitude with me, then stated the manager wasn’t even there to help. It doesn’t matter how careful you are or polite… or even if the district manager gets involved, the outcome is still the same… The store has an extreme lack of following simple directions on each given order, and the process to get refunded that is so time consuming and humiliating it’s not even worth the effort. I believe that was my last order ever with Panera. Enjoy your Panera here, but make sure to double check all orders at all times, because no one will help after you walk away and who knows how much money in food I never received from them."
"This Panera bread is located near downtown Orlando and seems to host homeless people. I couldn’t believe how many were using the Booths as a place to shelter. I have nothing against the homeless and I actually help them in my spare time . I just could t believe that they were welcomed to squat inside. Although they were inside they didn’t seem to cause any problems nor did they pay any attention to us as customers. As for the food I would suggest going elsewhere. Hopefully it was just a bad day to go but they were out of a lot of the normal items that are sold at Panera. I hate giving such a low rating by only visiting once but I feel if I’m going to survey I should be honest. Again , the homeless in the store did not bother nor pay any attention to us . The store was clean and the employees friendly. It was just a bit of a shock that they allowed this. I assume if it were a problem that they would do something about it."
"Friendly staff, clean establishment, delicious food, coffee, and bakery items, and friendly atmosphere with light background music. The brownie was delicious and gooey and went well with the hot coffee. The teriyaki chicken and broccoli warm bowl was also delicious. It was a lovely experience and the staff was friendly and courteous."
"Christina, the Assistant Manager, was more than professional & helpful. She was happy to hear our excellent compliment of our really fresh tasting Asian Chicken Salad that we ate. They placed the fresh crunchy noodles on the top after the salad was tossed in the bowl. This made a huge difference! Cant wait to return! Lamar & David Spalding"
"This restaurant is very clean! And the food tastes good! But they only take cards (no cash) which means you have to use the kiosk to order. And the kiosks are hard to use and they require you to swipe card which took me about 12 attempts on average (from 2 visits). The door that was broken last Sunday is still broken today which is a bad look. I had to wait about 10 minutes on a $5 parfait that seems small for $5. It’s my first time to order this item. It tastes good. The overall experience is below average. Update one year later 11/21. Last year they got 2 stars. A year later 1 star. Today I ordered tomato soup and tried to order a raisin cookie. They were no oatmeal raisin cookies. “We don’t have any today.” I ordered the soup and paid for it. When I went to the counter to get my soup they told me they didn’t have tomato soup today (wasn’t told when I ordered it). So I switched to the Thai soup. They didn’t have that either. What’s the deal?!?"
