"The food is really good and I enjoyed it. However, I give it 1 star because it took 2 hours to receive. We won’t be ordering from here again. Also to add one more point after the owner's response. The tardiness on the food had absolutely nothing to do with our delivery driver. I could see on the app and through direct communication with them that they sat there for an hour. The tardiness was completely on the restaurant. The fact that they took no accountability for taking so long tells you all you need to know about this establishment."

"The true measure of a business is not what they do when things go right, but what they do when something goes wrong! As a business owner for over 30 years, I find it very hard to write a bad or disappointing review for any business. This was my first time ordering food from a Cloud Kitchen. In fact, I went there expecting a full restaurant because I saw a friend eating a dish that looked extremely appetizing. That is how I got their name. The problem was not the food but the customer service. I ordered the Seafood Pasta with Shrimp and Chicken in the lobby. Unfortunately, when I got home, there was no chicken. I responded back through a survey text sent to me that ultimately went to a website. However, I received no response from the management/proprietor. I then left a message the next day but still received no response. After waiting two days, I left another message and still received no response. While the food was good, I cannot say much for their customer service. Yes, I feel cheated and a little mistreated. Hopefully, this may get their attention."
