Domino's Pizza

"Every single time I order here they mess up. I order the thin crust pizza with special instructions for PIE CUT. THEY MISS IT EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I tried calling last night and just like always, no answer. Sit there on the phone for 30 minutes. No answer. I just want them to get my order right, and Domino's won't let me order delivery from any other location which is just ridiculous because there are plenty in the area. A spit in the face of the free market, no other pizza place even delivers to me even though I'm right next to camping world stadium. Management needs to address this, LOOK AT THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IT'S NOT THAT HARD."

"This domino's has gotten my order wrong at least 3 times out of the 8 times i ordered there I honestly don't understand how they messed it up this time because all it was missing was pineapples and ham for context I ordered the original Hawaiian added extra toppings such a jalapeños and black olvies but instead I just got the extra toppings the point am I'm trying to make is that isn't fair for me to be paying full price for a pizza if I'm just going to get half of the pizza toppings so in that case I can full say if u order from here online don't expect your food to be what you paid for"

"Placed my order at 8:40 PM, the app said it would take 35-45 minutes. An hour later, the app said it has been delivered. I called the store and they said their driver called me four times, which is simply a lie, so the driver just brought my order back to the store. They’d send my order out again. Annoying, but alright. Two hours later, the order still hasn’t arrived so I call the store again to see what their issue is. They said the driver called me and I still didn’t answer, again a lie, and that the driver had an issue finding our apartment. I gave them another phone number since my number somehow “wasn’t working”, according to them. It is now the next day and my order never arrived and I NEVER got a refund which is unacceptable. Do not order from this store, their customer service and incompetence is unbelievably bad."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. if i could rate this place with no stars i would. i ordered a pizza and sides of ranch (that cost money) and never got the ranch delivered to me. but that’s not even the worst part, i took a bite out of the pizza and a piece of HAIR was in it. right away i called the store and the manager asked me to send her a picture of the hair, so i did. she responds with “i don’t know what that is but it’s not hair, no one here is working with long hair”. so you’re telling me that i don’t know what i just pulled out of my mouth?? i know what hair is and that’s exactly what it was. i threw away the whole pizza. the costumer service is TERRIBLE. the lady who answered the phone was giving me a nasty attitude about it. i did not spend $30 for a hair to be in my mouth and stuff from my order to be missing. this place needs to be shut down. considering all the awful reviews, no one there has learned a thing."

"Bad services. Couldnt call their store from the app and half the time their drivers dont have tracking. Waited over an 1 and a half for my order. I wanted to cancel after 45 mins and just order pizza on uber because even they dont take that long and they always have promos. Plus they take so long to deliver it that by the time the food comes, its COLD! If i wanted cold pizza i couldve bought frozen pizza from family Dollar or Walmart for 1/4 their price. Couldnt even do that or reach the store after waiting 10 mins on the phone. Would give 0 stars if i could and ive been a long time, maybe 6 years loyal customer to them. Will no longer order from there, Bruton Blvd store just lost another customer. Might as well just go heat up my food in the microwave now after nearly two hours of placing my order. Crazy. Worst part they only 10 mins from my house! Placed an order at 8:30 ish and it still hasnt arrived even tho its 10:15 im writing this review. I dont recommend here. (EDIT) my order finally arrived at 10:36pm. 2hrs and 6 mins from when i ordered it. It seems theres only ONE driver because he had alot of orders in his car. Meaning A lot of ppl would receive their food cold. I had to heat mine up. If you have a brain, don’t order from here and just pick up if you can. If you can’t then choose another store to order from! PS I ordered before 8:30pm but because i don’t recall the exact time, i rounded up. Do better i did. At least next time i know!"
