"This was a great dinner break tonight with my friend! The service was great, my app was acting up and the manager Ron was very helpful despite being very busy. The food was hot fresh and fast. I bring my daughter here as well and are never disappointed."

"The wait was advertised on the app as 11 to 15min for my meal but it was more like 25min. The new kiosk model provides very little service for the dining room. There were finger nail clippings under my booth table. The food was served hot and staff friendly but there just weren't enough of them for a noon time rush. I miss the bigger menu, table service, and real plates and dishes."

"What can I say about steak ‘n Shake? It’s awesome and the first thing I do is eat the fries because it would get cold too fast so I love this place and I haven’t been to one in so long and the staff is awesome especially Mark."

"First time to this place. They don't have cashiers and you have to use a computer to do your order. Plenty of parking and well lit. Kid friendly. Prices are quite affordable. Lots on the menu. Lots of seating and clean. Nice tea. Members. Great shakes! Highly recommended."

"So disappointed to see this location empty during lunch. I used to be a restaurant manager here. We had a staff of 90, and I was understaffed. During lunch, there used to be 7 servers on the floor. The line was out the door every day. We used to have a line wrapping around the building into the street. The manager said they do most of their business in the drive-thru now, but there were only a few cars during my visit and never a line. I have been eating at this location since it was built. I used to frequent the one next to it for ten years before that. It is sad to see an empty dining room. One man started to order the left. You could see the frustration on his face, and no one was there to greet him or assist him. I was disappointed with the kiosk and could not order what I wanted. It was a very impersonal and cold feeling experience. I was sitting waiting for my order when the manager called 121. I was shocked because there were only two parties in the dining room, and he call a number over the speaker. It was mine, and I had to get up and walk to the counter. I got sweet tea because I could not order a Vanilla Coke from the kiosk. I also got the double steakburger combo. The beef patties were greasy and not crisp on the edges. The burger was nothing to write about and fell apart in a sloppy mess. The fries came out cold. I have so many great memories of this restaurant and the people that used to work here. It is so sad to be here today. I gave two stars because it breaks my heart, and I could not give one."
