"This is a brand new location and it’s disappointing. I’ve been here a handful of times because it’s the closest to me and I do like Zaxby’s but will not be going here anymore. The food always tastes likes it’s been sitting out. You could go there at opening and the fries are soggy and chicken is chewy. Today was it though. Ordered a mobile order and i left. Looked in my bag to eat my food and there was no fork or straw. Went back through the drive thru and the girl acted as if i was inconveniencing her. The workers have always looked so miserable and are not friendly. Had high hopes for a new food choice in my area, but management obviously has to check their quality of food and also the attitudes of their workers."

"Very nice but I've been 3 times and every time the fries barely have seasoing. I mentioned it when I ordered the 3rd time if they could put extra. Still nothing. Had to go inside each time to get seasoning on the side. Hopefully they start seasoning more."
