"I order online today for a free buffalo chicken wrap. When I get there they never got my order. They made my order right then but the manager was saying my order was not finalized. How did I get the screen saying go to store and pick up order? The manager should take more responsibly for computer gliches. Do not blame the customer."

"Today’s experience was something else! Went into the restaurant and were literally one of two couples there. The other couple was in front of us ordering. They were standing there for a solid 8 minutes before placing their order. It had been a good 15 minutes before we were able to place our order. Attempted to order a chocolate shake for our son and was advised that the ice cream machine was down and had been for 2 months. Wow, okay. We finished placing our order and went to get our drinks from the fountain area, which was disgusting. Not well kept and dirty. We sat down and waited for our food, keeping in mind that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of watching 3 employees standing around talking, I went and stood by the counter to continue waiting. Upon my arrival, I see one employee warming up her lunch in a Tupperware container, and another employee who I can only assume was the manager, putting roast beef on slider buns with her bare hands. Gross! We made eye contact and she asked if she could help me with anything, upon which I replied, “yeah, our order”. Another girl comes running over and pulls our order which had apparently been sitting for a several minutes and says “oh, here ya go, sorry about that”. Ridiculous! Later on, I went back to the crusty fountain area to refill my drink and I see the girl who took our order literally sitting on the back counter looking bored and apparently waiting for the time to pass to clock out. Overall, the experience was pretty atrocious and the cleanliness and sanitation was abysmal. Don’t recommend until they can get their act together."

"I love going here, it's anyways clean with friendly staff. Prices are responsible for the quality of food and service. Their always updating the menu to bring me items as well."
