Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Came to have a quick dinner at this location around 8:30pm. First, several tables were dirty. Restaurant had 2 other customers. The employees spoke to me as if they did not want to be working that day. The chips I got were very stale. I don’t think I will return to this location."

"I am from out of town and i frequent this location every time I come to the Orlando area. The service is always exceptional and the staff goes out of their way to make the experience special. The food is always portioned well and very fresh. I love this chipotle, 10 out of 10 would recommend it to a friend!"

"Upon entering the restaurant, I observed that it was in a highly unsanitary condition, and the demeanor of the employees left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. It was particularly concerning that numerous items listed on the menu were unavailable at the relatively early hour of 9 p.m., despite the establishment's scheduled closing time being 11 p.m. When I inquired about the availability of guacamole and steak, I received an unhelpful response from a staff member. Despite pointing out that there were still two hours remaining until closing, she chose not to respond further. Furthermore, the employee responsible for assembling the burrito displayed a lack of enthusiasm and commitment in their role. The final preparation of the meal was marred by spilled sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes, contributing to a general untidiness at the countertop. To make matters worse, there were small banana flies present on the lettuce, which further eroded my confidence in the establishment's hygiene standards. Regrettably, this marks the second occasion on which I have visited the Millenia location and encountered such a disappointing dining experience. As a result of these consistent issues, I have no intention of returning to this establishment."
