"I have been going to the Thanksgiving Buffet for years with my family. This year was the most disappointing. I was surprised to see initially that their rates have risen from 69.00 per person to 89.00 but I am a long time customer and it has been our holiday tradition for thanksgiving dinner for sometime now and even some Christmas dinners. I was not paying attention when they billed me and realized when I got home that they overcharge me for my two kids who are under 10 years old, $39.95 each, in what looked liked they charge me for them as adults. After speaking with the manager I was shocked to find out what really happened. They snuck it in and charged us a "Mandatory 26% Service charge" in which no one ever told me about prior, nor was it listed on the website when I made a reservation, no was it listed even on the bill. They charge before you eat and did not bring us an itemized bill as well just the final charge receipt. They really got me good and tricked me. 26% is outrageous especially on a dinner bill of $400. Lesson learned from their dishonest and shady business practice. The food wasn't even that good anymore as it has been going downhill for a few years. They just lost a long time customer over a 26% hidden fee."
"My husband and I have been going here for years at Thanksgiving and this year was extremely disappointing. The food and the experience has gone down slowly over the past couple of years. And this year was by far the worst yet. At first we thought it was because of Covid and they needed to get back into the swing of things, but sadly we were wrong. There was nothing that was edible. It is now like eating bad cafeteria food. What was more surprising is that they started running out of food even with a couple hours worth of seating times left. Which is surprising since what dishes they had available looked like slop. The restaurant was also redesigned, and the new setup was not thought out very well. It was obvious they were looking to increase seating capacity, but it has caused for the flow to access the food to become very backed up. You wait in really long lines to get to the serving stations, and are lucky to find anything worth eating. I was also surprised that while attempting to get food the restaurant staff would push you out of the way without saying a word. I respect that they have work to do, but there are more professional or polite ways to be with guests. We had a reservation for next month at another restaurant in the hotel but the food was so bad we canceled the reservation before we left. We will definitely be looking for other options around town for the future. Another note: A change that they made to the holiday dining experience was that you use to be able to take the flowers home at the end of your meal that were on your table. It was something that added to the day and made it a little more special. As a regular at the restaurant, it was kind of like a holiday tradition. Rosen is no longer what it use to be. Save your time and your money."
"The best breakfast buffet in Orlando, for food and for ambience! Found this one after researching several nearby restaurants and was very happy with my choice. Met John-Paul who gave a warm welcome and delivered a very friendly service. Top-notch and definitely recommend."
"Adolpho was the best server I ever met. You can see how well trained professional and courteous he is. When we go back we will definitely be asking for him. Thank you so much."
"All breakfast here. Buffet is a bit more than a la carte; I was not hungry enough to dine at the buffet. The eggs were cooked to order perfectly, the bacon was amazing, and the sausage was sufficient. Coffee was strong and delicious. Toast and butter topped off the meal. There is an omelet station available as well for personalized omelets. The cereal selection was limited. Staff were great. Seating was plentiful, but the hotel at full capacity it would be interesting (1500+ rooms)."
