"I just moved into my new apartment (within walking distance) and while my Mom was visiting, she wanted to spend time together so no cooking or waiting at a restaurant. We picked her up a Chicken Salad and I’m shocked how disappointing it was- grape tomatoes soggy, lettuce was orange, pieces were rotted, chicken tasted hard which overall ruined her entire mood. Honestly I have no idea how they can serve food like this to a customer!!!"

"Our first visit to this location and we arrived just minutes after they unlocked the door. As we walked up one of the employees opened the door for us and greeted us. We walked over to the counter to double check what we wanted and placed her order with ease. I ordered spicy chicken fingers with a side salad, no tomatoes. My companions got the grilled tenders with fries and we all had their lemonade. Our food arrived quickly and everything looked fantastic. The tomatoes had been added to my salad but as they are grape tomatoes I removed them and one of my companions ate them. At least we did not waste them. The tenders were fabulous and we each had different sauce for our tenders. I got a honey barbecue and a sweet Sriracha. The Sriracha would normally be outside what I enjoy but the flavor and heat is excellent. The tenders already have good heat but adding the sauce just expands upon the flavor. The lemonade was everything they claimed it would be. It was well recommended by the lady who waited on us and I thanked her before leaving and told her it was truly excellent. I only wish I could have had more of it. When we finished eating and we're cleaning up the head out the one employee offered to take our tray to get rid of her garbage and then open the door for us and thank us for stopping in. We were the first ones in the door when they opened but quite a few people came in after us. They have a well laid out seating area that is quite comfortable along with accessible seating. I've been happy with every one of their locations I have ever been to and I really wish they had a location close to where I live. If you haven't tried PDQ, you're really missing out."

"Great service, good food cooked to order, clean dining room. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner on a Sunday evening in June of 2023. The employees weren't too busy and were tending to the dining room, making it extra clean. The good was good but a bit pricey for what you get. See my picture of the 3 tender combo for the serving size of the fries. The sauces were very good (we got Sweet Sriracha and Honey Mustard) and it was cooked fresh, which is always nice. The drink machine had several flavors that were unavailable, so I let the employees know. We would NOT recommend the Mac n Cheese for the kids meal. It was neon orange and tasted too artificial to us both. Opt for the fries instead as they are really quite good."
