Taco Bell 1500 McCoy Road, Orlando, FL 32809

"I went in to make a large order for my wife myself and 5 kids. They didnt want to work and we're bad employees well at least the ones there at 7pm the 16th of February. It was slow I asked to be waited on at the counter, I was very polite. 2 girls standing there talking, not working or talking about work. They refused to serve me told me to use the kiosk. I told them I didn't feel comfortable using it and they lied to me saying they can't serve people from the register. They were rude very lazy they are the sad epitome of what our future is coming to. Instead I went next door to Popeyes and spent around 70 dollars there. They also stated they didn't care about their job."

"This restaurant insisted that I had to do my own order at a kiosk. I do not like using those and I insisted that they take my order and they refused never been in a restaurant of any kind that would do this. Customer service should be number one I find it unbelievable that they would force a customer to do their own order if they don’t want to."

"We stopped by today at 2am, and surprisingly we had a nana,ing. We didn’t get a chance to get his name. This young boy was very polite and fast, despite the early time we showed. We enjoyed our hard tacos and burrito too."

"Pretty typical Taco Bell. Kind and attentive service. But they have no idea what a “bean burrito Fresca style” is. We’ve ordered the bean burrito consistently for 10 years now with no issues from other Taco Bells. Here though we ordered “Fresca style”, were given the regular bean burrito, we let them know they got it wrong, and after remaking they politely asked us what “Fresca style” means (even thought it’s listed on the menu) and gave us some of the ingredients we listed “on the side”. Not sure why this is."

"Facility is neat and clean with a modern atmosphere. Indoor dining is operated by customer ordering on kiosks only, so there is not any service contact."
