Curry Bowl Orlando

"Absolutely horrendous. The buffet was terrible. The food was not fresh and I would place a bet that if a health inspector came they would be shut down right away. I showed the waitress the food and explained it was not good after hardly eating any of it ( a bite of two dishes) and asked if I could just order something instead. She said no but they can make fresh food. So in 5 minutes they were able to make “fresh” chicken tikka masala. The tikka masala was just as bad as the first, overloaded with salt and no flavor. Everything was crusty on that buffet. Also the water smelled like chemicals and I could see that the waitresses were drinking bottled water, not the tap water we were give. I barely ate at all and left. Pretty disappointing. See pics."

"Excellent and fresh food. My husband and I enjoyed the buffet and were surprised with all of the delicious options. We had our favorites like chicken korma and tikka masala but got to try many other traditional dishes as well."

"The service was wonderful from the moment you enter the door! There is a level of attentiveness from seating, explaining the dishes, bringing out fresh food, making sure the empty plates are removed from the table and so much more! If you want to dine with friends or alone you will be welcomed and cared for! You can relax and enjoy the food an experience!"

"We only make it to this area once a year for sports tournaments, but when we're in Orlando, we ALWAYS stop here (four years in a row, now!). They brought back their lunch buffet, so we were super excited to stop by and finally give it a try. Delicious food and great service. Food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. Everything was very neat - no spilled messes or sticky counters. They had blueberry lassi today, which was a fun new treat for us. Pleasant wait staff - attentive but not overbearing. They made sure we saw all they had for lunch, opening dishes for us and showing us to the drinks on the side. Great atmosphere and music. This place is a gem. Wish we could come here more often! We love it here. ❤️"

"In our short stay in Orlando, we happened to find this hidden gem and came back the next day. This is probably the best Indian restaurant I've ever tried in the States. There are not many decorations like some other 'posh' Indian places but their food is packed full of flavors. I tried their lamb korma and lamb pasanda. Both gave me an explosion of spices and flavors in my mouth in a pleasant way. All the flavors, cardamom, chili, almonds, cinnamon among the others, are distinguishable and also blend really well. I could have easily finished some naangs with only the curry sauce had it not come with the tender lamb."
