"I enjoy a burger from Five Guys once in a while. Today no bueno. My daughter and I both ate here and within a hour we were sick. I assume it was from improper handling of food. $40 down the drain. I’ll think twice before I eat from Five Guys again. Service was good though and fries were hot and on point."

"We ordered a burger with Cajun fries. Our dries did not have Cajun seasoning in it. Came back to request a replacement. They took the fries out of my bag and tossed it back into the seasoning station. Luckily, another employee there saw that wasn't right and immediately scooped and tossed those old fries out. This has got to be a health violation. They had no idea what happened to those fries when it was in my possession and should've tossed it straight into the trash."

"I know the food prices at the mall are typically high... But Jesus Christ!! 3 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 drinks for 60 dollars. No way this is acceptable. For frozen patties not even fresh. Beyond disappointed. Not only that but I'm used to 5 guys being generous with the fries. Nope. Not anymore, not at this one at least. For the price of the fries at least fill them up how you used to. Never coming back here again. Stay away from this spot !"

"The pictures you see in the reviews for the five guys at the Florida Mall. The food and the service I give a 4 star. I have the bacon double cheeseburger and cajun fries but unfortunately the fries was a little bit too much Cajun for me lol but the burger was okay. The burger wasn't really worth $9 but I would say $5 will be okay. But when I recommendedI would say yes if this is your first time eating at a five guys because this was my first time. But personally for me there is better places out there that is cheaper and the burger and fries taste as good."
