Chick-fil-A

"I was already about to leave a negative review because the chicken muffin I ordered was a biscuit instead, but while eating it I found the muffin was undercooked. I could see and taste the batter... After seeing a hair in the food. I know that wasn't me because I just got a haircut and that particular strand of hair was longer than anything I could grow. Thanks guys, really appreciate the quality. To make matters worse, you can't even call to let them know about the issue because their phone service redirects you to come in to the restaurant and do it in person for "professionalism." If your food has hair in it, I can only imagine what your dining room looks like..."

"So let me start off by saying I and my family absolutely love Chil-fil-A. The food was good and the service was efficient. But the normal joyfulness and courteousness was not there. No smiles. None of the normal “my pleasure”. It was as if they were just going through the motions. With that being said we received our order efficiently, correctly, and the nuggets were obviously very fresh (piping hot). There was simply something missing from this location."

"CHICK FIL A always has great food. The wraps salads sandwiches and chicken straps are all good. They usually have quick ordering, but once you pull to the front, they always have me park, which is odd. I pulled aroun to park and waited while 13 cars went through and left. Then, I got out of my car and asked the people at the window (straight across where we parked). Where's our order? I never order anything unusual or special order. She said it would be out. The location on Conroy and Kirkman used to have very polite people at the window, but now they are rude. They need a new staff or update the training and stop having certain cars park when the order is simple, small, and nothing special ordered. Step your customer service up a few notches!!!!! Or replace the ones at the window."

"Took them a while to get our food ready (by the way we went through the drive thru), and when they got it to us, the food was cold, which implies that the food was already ready, but they didn’t give it to us until a few minutes later. Also, when they handed us our food, they didn’t say anything (at all), which seems slightly rude. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I will probable choose a different Chick-fil-A, usually the service is better than this."

"I had dinner here tonight! The food and service were good and I tried the new honey and pimento cheese chicken sandwich. Everything was good, but they need to remodel the store or build a new one, this building is tired!"
