"First time diners. Very surprised at the incredible fun atmosphere. Classic jazz playing. Lots of potted plants providing private dinning. Taylor was our wait staff. Very well trained. Friendly, helpful with the shellfish allergy issue. Food was out quickly, hot and high quality. The 3 course meal was part of our Valentines Day throw beads from the parade float pack. "A very nice restaurant, high-end, good quality food however, our steaks were not cooked the way they should’ve been. They were mostly well done versus rare but everything else was just lovely. They knew we were in a hurry to get to a parade so they were fast and efficient which was very nice. The dessert was so goodlime pie I would definitely eat here again prices were high, but what do you expect in a theme park"

"This has been one of our better dining experiences inside of Universal's parks. It's a table service restaurant so you'll want to plan accordingly if you are dining here, but the service we experienced was reasonably paced. The food was very good and definitely better than what we've found at other restaurants inside the parks."

"As others have stated, portion sizes are smaller. The fisherman’s platter only comes with 2 shrimp and 1 piece of fish. Atmosphere is very nice with nautical submarine accent feeling. We were here on MLK day of 2024 for dinner and the place felt very empty. Service was also very good thanks to our waiter Jack!"

"We had our thanksgiving dinner at Lombard's in Universal. As soon as you enter you experience the traditional welcoming elegance. We had a nicely located table, and could see the view outside. It was not as busy as we had expected. Service was excellent, with a very cordial server who was very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and advised as well. We ordered two " thanksgiving platters" not particularly memorable, the clam chowder soup was very good, so was the garlic shrimp with focaccia appetizer. The fish and chips were good, and the mahi mahi tacos were excellent. For dessert, we had pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate cake with a very good cappuccino. Except for the holiday dinner, the other dishes were excellent. Next time, we could order the specialty dishes. All in all a good memorable family holiday meal."
