"If you are a Simpson's fan, you need to come here! I am a huge fan of Krusty Burger, but it is probably the most messy burger you will ever eat. I enjoy it though! It was cheaper than the parking lol."

"The disorganization and lack of personnel management were evident. Employees congratulated each other when giving (rudely) instructions on where to go or where to get things. I understand the crowd was large, but it's necessary for the staff to organize better and realize they're working for customers who come to have a good time and employees are not obliged to stay in this job. However, the burger was good."

"Krustys lives up to its name. Had the meat lovers pizza that barely had any meat at all. Wife had a cheese pizza that more resembled a napkin with a little cheese on it. Staff taking pizza orders were rude. Overall, this place was not setup for the volume of customers it has. Management needs to address this as well as the online order system that takes your order, charges your credit card and then says there is a problem and leaves you with a charge and no food. The charge is pending but is still a hassle. Seating is severely lacking as well. I’m done with mobile food orders here. Will not go to Krustys again."

"As lifelong the simpsons fans we just couldn't skip getting a Krusty Burger at universal orlando. We enjoyed the novelty of it. Getting to sit inside the "unhealthiest restaurant in the world" and ordering a burger with only 1 in 50 chances that Krusty personally spit on it ( we like those odds!). The food was pretty average as you'd expect but at least the kids meal toy didn't give us panda virus."

"The burgers are okay, nothing particularly special. The setting is clean and plenty of space to sit. The lines feel a bit awkward. You can also visit Moe's bar from this space."
