"I wish I had read the other reviews here before placing our order. Not a single meal from our order of 4 dinners was correct. There was the missing salsa, the missing cookies and juice boxes in the kids' meals, the missing pico de gallo in the homewrecker, the incorrect soft tacos when we ordered crispy. This is the first time I've ordered takeout where so many items are completely wrong or left out. In reading the other reviews, it's slightly reassuring that this isn't just happening to us, but it's an indictment against this particular restaurant that they're either so busy that they make these mistakes, or so incompetent."

"Nothing infuriates me more than when you order for delivery and things are missing. Given bag of chips, NO salsa. Given no sauce on side. I am confident it's on account of ordering the hour before close, but DO BETTER!!! with tip and delivery a burrito cost me $37! To be missing stuff- NOT OK"
"They have ghetto employees. Great deals but the lack of good or standard customer service don't cut it for me. They need to get better. I even say the manager yell at one of the employees in front of me... and to mention I've been there a few time since I live by the apartments"
