"Hubby has an incredible knack for selecting delicious food. Our first Peruvian cuisine. The dishes were bursting with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in each bite. The standout dishes included: • Peruvian Corn, which was awesome. • Leche de Tingre, a cocktail of finely chopped slices of fish marinated in lime juice with garlic, cilantro and red onions. Garnished with Peruvian corn and sweet potatoes. • Chupe de Camarones, a delightful combination of shrimp, rice, potatoes, fresh cheese and milk topped with an egg, cilantro and oragano.. • Arroz con Mariscos, a Peruvian-style paella rice mixed with seafood (Calamari, Shrimp, Octopus and Mussels) and Parmesan cheese served with salsa criolla. It was truly an unforgettable taste experience. We will definitely be back!"
