Taco Bell

"This is one of the few fast food options downtown. I’ve only visited during daytime hours and never had any issues with the food. However, the staff are extremely rude. And for some reason, they yell at you that you MUST use the kiosk to order even though there’s three or four people standing behind the counter, just talking or looking at their phones. Sounds more like they simply don’t want to help you. The owners/management should be made aware."

"We arrived around 6:45 pm. The employees are VERY rude. No dine in option! The manager yelled at patrons for standing in line for the restroom. We had a medical emergency with my husbands blood sugar and he sat down and was told the lobby was closed and if he didn’t get up they would call the cops. There should be signs posted that the lobby is closed but instead you realize after entering when you see the piles of chairs and tables stacked up. Very poor customer service."

"You order food at kiosks which you would think would speed up the process and you would be wrong. The kiosks are just to hire less people. It is not working. Took forever to get food while I was waiting, many people came in with online orders which they did not appear to have even started. First time trying this Taco Bell and I will say it will probably be the last. Taco Bell ditch the technology and hire real people. The entire experience sucked. After waiting for about a half hour - I just left. Taco Bell sucks and the employees they do hire suck. Google maps really needs to add zero stars for reviews. After this experience I will never go to another Taco Bell ever and whoever is responsible for this franchise location should have their franchise taken away and do something else because they obviously do not care about the image they are putting out there for Taco Bell. Zero minus stars if I could give an honest review"

"I had a terrible experience at Taco Bell when a rude employees forced customers to leave at 10 PM, even though the store was supposed to be open until 3 AM. This behavior was both disrespectful and unjustified. I hope Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously and ensures it doesn't happen again."

"The security guard wouldn't even allow us to sit in empty chairs while we waited for food after our brothers wedding. We were not trying to eat food inside (though that too would have been very reasonable considering the type of establishment it is) but this was the WORST customer service EVER! Long good times, rude employees and NO seats! Go ANYWHERE else!"
