Panera Bread

"yuck!! I made an online order for pick up. MY cream cheese was even in the bag. my bagels were not even cut and toasted. all of the food was so cold! what a horrible establishment. bunch of kids chatting in the bag on there cell phones. Panera bread sucks!!!!"

"I come very frequently to this panera, and this problem is very common at breakfast time. they don't keep the coffee thermos full, or the coffee is almost empty and cold. They have a lot of clerks wondering around but nobody taking care of this little detail, panera is not a cheap place to spend my money and I believe we deserve better service."

"First time I've been here and was not content with my order. No one's fault, I just didn't like the meal I ordered. Other than that it's always a pleasure going to Panera. 1st time trying a smoothie here and it taste pretty decent."

"Terrible manager! I complained because I paid 6 bucks for what is already a small mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was lacking considerably. See pic. So I complained and demanded for a more full cup which is what I paid for. The woman behind the counter explained that those are the portions, that they are only required to make it up to the first line. (Which wasn’t even at first line). I said I disagree it is too empty. I asked to speak to a manager and she sarcastically said “hi, how May I help you?!” After my meal I asked another employee if there was another manager and spoke to him. There is no need to speak to a customer like that! I proceeded to place a to go order. Sure enough the issue manager served the soup and set it aside. Server someone else, and then waited a moment just to plop the order on the counter, and walked away. VERY RUDE! So I told her she has terrible customer service. She should find a different job I said. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me more rude remarks! Unbelievable!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on top of that terrible service?!?! Unbelievable!!!"

"I would recommend their flat bread pizzas because are really fresh. Is never too busy so service is quite fast. Drive through is available. The place is kept clean."
