"I don’t leave bad reviews but my experience here was awful. We chose drive thru because there was no line but still experienced a long wait before we could order. Placed the order and paid which took a long time as well. My change was short a dollar, we never received a bottle of water that we paid for, no napkins were given and my burger was dry and just all around terrible. Regretful experience from beginning to end."

"Stay away from this location. I love Burger King but the people that work here don't know what the are doing. They have one simple 'duos' special fesl and staff don't even know how to ring that up. See my attached receipt. I ordered two Impossible meals and one Duo which too three tries and even after being repeated back they still rung it up incorrectly onto my credit card. Then pointing out the mistake on Duos rung up as two items instead of special deal took several minutes to point out and even when the manager came they couldn't figure out how much I was over charged. When I pointed out it was a $1.50 plus tax they didn't want to acknowledge they owed more than $1.00. I did finally get the difference back but the my food was literally COLD by that point. When the tray was finally slid to me I mentioned it was cold and they just walked away and ignored me as you can see in the pictures. As mentioned I LOVE Burger King but this location should be shut down."

"I went last night, Oct. 15, around 11pm. The Hispanic man at the drive-thru gave perfect service. He welcomed me, didn't rush me through my order, read it back to me, ask me if I wanted condiments...etc. But the kicker was the food. He gave me a Whopper wrapped perfect like a Christmas gift! And the fries were fresh from the fry vat...perfectly salted! Awesome job sir! He should be a trainer for all the BK locations in Kissimmee and Orlando."

"My favorite BK. The staff is friendly and they take pride in the presentation of their food. My Whopper looked like the advertisement and my fries were hot! Best BK in southeast Orlando."

"*Update* Since my original review I have ordered from this particular location twice to attempt to give them another chance. On 2/1 My order was just fine, but no straw in the bag. 3/16 My order seemed to take a while to prepare and I found out why. They had forgotten ketchup on my burger so as I removed the bun to add some I saw the special ingredient. A 4-5 inch long black hair. Obviously my stomach turned and I did not eat anything from them. Again, trying to be a good customer I tried calling the store before running to the interwebs. I tried 3 times and no one ever picked up. I just don’t think they care. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Uber order. I was told they didn’t have ice cream and I would have to cancel the order. I let them know I didn’t care about the ice cream and just send everything else. The person told the driver I was canceling and I interrupted and said I never said that and to give him the food without the ice cream. I was then told that they could not do that and he didn’t understand. At this point I asked for his name and was promptly hung up on. Before dropping the order the driver told me the name of the person was arguing with me was Davey. Great job dude, bet you’re so proud you stuck to the rules and wasted your time, my time and the driver’s time. All for ice cream I said I didn’t care about. Multiple calls to the branch went unanswered. I’m not trying to be petty and I understand there are certain protocols, the way I was spoken to and treated was just out of the realm of any expectations I had - which are usually pretty low to begin with. My first thought is not to jump online and complain, I try my best to rectify it one on one. However, since they never answered their phone for me to actually try to do that with a member of management this is my only option to express my frustration and disappointment. I just wanted a Whopper y’all!"
