"Honestly I wouldn’t take my kids to this location , it’s not kept up cleaning needs to be done. ✅ there not much staff for a facility with so much kids there should be at the least 18 staff. The food is ridiculously expensive and if you get a salad don’t throw your plate away . Your expected to use the same one to get more salad they won’t give you a new one because you have to pay extra for that. The prices for the kids to play is outrageous. If you’re spending this kind of money you might as well go to a theme park . Chuckiecheese is not how it used to be fun and exciting for the kids to continually play. It’s sad because this used to be a very popular place to take your kids. They charge for anything extra expect to be at least spearing $200 for food and games for your kids not to cry and just not be excited to play endless amount of time."

"Unprofessional staff, as well as management. The armed security for Chuck e cheese was the most helpful, but the fact that Chuck E had armed security was a red flag in itself. Management and staff need retraining. There were several frustrated customers wondering why we are waiting over 45 minutes for food. Also need to give out receipts manager tells us she can do nothing unless we show a receipt we didn't have had to prove with a bank statement and than miraculously they found my 50 minute order in the system after 5 mins. Will never return here and would advise anyone to stay away."

"First the pros, the staff was very friendly and when we walked in everything was clean and neat. The cons, the boneless wings for two (pictured below, one of them was cut for my little one) included 10 total mini pieces of boneless wings for $16.99, the menu states it serves 2, also only included one celery stick. Definitely do not recommend buying food here, bring your children fed and maybe just get some dessert and have a good time."

"So much fun! I was pleasantly surprised with this location. We arrived right around opening time on a weekday and it was very clean and well maintained. There was lots to do and stay entertained for the little ones. The pizza was a tasty end to the fun we had. Looking forward to returning again."
