"Trini (born and raised). Sharing my perspective. Here goes.. Atmosphere: Nice, welcoming and inviting. Customer service: Excellent. The lady at the counter is attentive, polite and warm. However be prepared to wait a while for takeout orders. The Food- Paratha: Good. Soft with light, flaky layers. Doubles: Good. Sauces were good, bara was soft and light. Curried channa needed a bit more flavor. Curried chicken/Chicken curry: Mid. A bit bland.. lacked the deep flavorful notes that makes a good curry. Mango Talkarie/ “Mango Amchar”- Mid. Amchar flavor not as strong and lacked the deep, flavorful taste of the amchar massala with garlic and chadon beni (bandhania) Guyanese Chinese Chicken Entree: Good. Huge portions with good flavor."

"Wow!!! finally Orlando has gotten an amazing Caribbean restaurant with mouth watering West Indian Chinese food and creole food. You gotta check out the house special fried rice y’all, it’s boasting premium crab meat, mouth watering lamb, shrimp and top off with Chinese chicken on top. I am sure you will enjoy this food the same as my family and I did. Thank you Caribbean Shack for bringing such yummy food to Orlando. Best smoothies in Orlando too"
