Domino's Pizza 8578 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836

"Costumer service was TERRIBLE, we were not sure about what to order and we asked the lady at register a few questions and she kept making offensive faces and answering like we were stupid. She kept complaining about us using one of the doors that they wanted closed for some reason?? The pizza tasted good, we ate at a table outside the restaurant and we kind of wanted more but decided not to go back because of how bad the service was."

"I picked up a pizza here. It was only cut into 4 huge pieces and the BBQ chicken that was ordered was some sort of burnt mess. Completely inedible."

"We ordered a large extravaganzza. The order was done very quickly and was hot. However when we got to our hotel 4 miles away, we realized that the pizza was not cut. We had to tear it with our fingers which destroyed the toppings. Terrible."

"At 8:43pm I ordered some Domino's pizza online from this store and received an email confirmation that the order would be delivered to my Disney resort in 27-37 minutes. We were so hungry from spending the last 12+ hours at Hollywood Studios & Domino's sounded amazing. At 9:12pm I received a text that my delivery driver Jonathan was on the way. At 9:36pm I called this particular store to inquire about my order as I had not received any updates. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was polite, but informed me that the order was actually still at their store. He stated the delivery driver had just returned & they would get my order out as soon as possible. I was concerned though that by this time my food would be getting cold so I asked the employee to check and he stated it was getting cold. He stated he could make the order again or deliver the current order. I declined and asked him to please cancel the order, which he did. We then had to find a other option at 9:45pm to feed our family of 5."

"If I could, I would give negative stars. This was literally the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. Ordered at 10:37pm on Saturday 9/11, at 10:53pm it said it was in “Quality Check”…and it didn’t change from that until after 11:32pm. I tried calling the store multiple times when it was stuck in QC and it just continually rang and rang. One call I was on was over 5 minutes WAITING. When we FINALLY received it (around 11:53pm), the pizza was smooshed into the top of the box and undercooked to the point that there were spots of COLD RAW DOUGH. The pasta dishes we ordered also came with NO SAUCE. We again tried calling the store more than once because our food was absolutely unacceptable to no avail. We also tried Domino’s customer support which is abysmal and no help either. It’s been two days of us continuing to contact the store with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE."
