Wendy's

"Food was ok. Cashier was very polite and answered my questions. One of the soft drink machines was wide open, no one was servicing it. The floor was wet, highly prone to accidents. The ladies restroom was dirty. Soon after my order was ready found no napkins. The ice machine over loaded my cup. Tables were dirty. The place is highly neglected to be in the Disney area."

"By far,this is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited ! I've never had a problem with Wendy's. But,this location is the worst ! First,They took forever to prepare our meal.(there was 1 family ahead of us).Then,the 2 beverage machines. 1 didn't have ice.and,that machine only had 3 or 4 choices of beverages.And,the other machine had no ice. And,the limited choices of beverages tasted flat ! We spoke w/an employee And,she said"Wait a minute" and,never helped. Spoke w/ another employee. And,she wanted to go to the back.I said "just fill my cups from the drive up machine. The Employees are clueless.So sad. Wendy's is one of the best fast food restaurants."

"Maybe it’s our fault for going to the Wendy’s drive thru around midnight on a Monday, but the attendant at the window seemed really mean. She seemed to misunderstand us purposefully and we heard her curse out the car behind us. It was super weird. Maybe it’s just their sense of humor?"

"I had a fantastic experience at the Wendy's in Orlando. The staff was super energetic and incredibly friendly, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was also great. It's always a pleasure when you can enjoy a tasty meal with a side of exceptional customer service."

"Worst WENDY'S experience ever. I wanted a quick taco salad and when i ordered through the drive through the total was $8 something as i got to the window the lady said "$12.61" which i said thats not how much it is and we got the order correctly, as we were about to leave i asked for a recipt just incase and the lady said that there was no more paper to print out more. I got home, checked my bank and she charged me for the $12 instead of what its supposed to be. Hey Guys, don't leave the drive-thru before you get your receipt... No paper is just an excuse to charge more than I ordered."
