"Today I stopped by all I ordered was 1 hashbrown and a small hot latte. They handed me a small hot latte cup and as I got on the highway I decided it was probably cooled down enough to not burn myself and its freezing cold. No ice in it so they didn't think I said iced. They just what? Took it out of a fridge and forgot to heat it? Crazy"
"I went here for lunch today, and I ordered a number three large with a sweet tea, after paying, I looked at the receipt and I was charged for someone else’s order. I mentioned it to the lady at the second window, and she went and talked to someone and everyone was confused. She had Me park while they sorted it out and then came out and gave me the wrong food. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have anymore time to deal with it so I left with The wrong food."
"Do not go to this McDonald's they do not know what they are doing. They just robbed me in the drive thru. Ordered and paid got to window and they say they need a receipt. They didn't give me a receipt. So I left with half my order cause they can't find my order. But they didn't refund me my money. And they all looked confused like deer in headlights. It's messed up when I got pay and not get what I paid for"
"Slow. Should not be called fast food anymore. Prices are up, the wait is long, the professionalism is non existent. Better go to Chick-fil-A and pay 2$ more and get your food faster and better quality"
"Drive through service was not too bad, but at what cost? Nothing like trying to wash down luke warm burger, COLD American cheese that is not even at all melted on dry bread. Drive through staff was friendly."
