"Went in to eat with my son and noticed that the food I ordered thru the app (nuggets) were being placed in its container by hand, and (some fries) were adjusted by hand. BTW, this wasn't done by some young teenager who just didn't care. It was a grown person. Tried to cancel my order and was told to call the number on the app. I guess I'll just have to dispute the charge with my bank."

"This Wendy’s made me never go back to Wendy’s again. Ordered large meal from drive through but got medium. Made one more drive through to see why it is medium, they didn’t give me receipt, so I was not sure why it is medium and not large. I asked them why it’s medium not large they said this is what I ordered and started yelling on me. I can definitely see some employees are probably untrained, low payed and not happy at all. This place is full of anger and sadness, don’t want to be around it."

"I never give bad reviews but today I had to. They were fighting us almost when all we did was claiming for a better service. I brought in my two year old twins who I never take to fast food places but I decided to make it fun with the happy meal... We walked in, and it took for ever. Then we complained about it and they got mad!!! Raising their voices and fighting. I felt a bit scared and very disappointed. Wendy's is better drive thru I guess !"

"This is probably the best flipping Wendy's and the best fast food I've had in a while. The general manager is awesome, and Mrs. Sue is hands down one of the nicest people I've met. Her work ethic and courtesy are a great example for everyone around her."
